Pros
There was a really strong work ethic and actual teamwork. Many other companies I worked at talked teamwork but Christus was teamwork. WAS that is, until Ernie Sadau took over and ruined this company. He has very little regard for the people who do the work that makes him his money. The people who put patients first beyond all else.
Cons
run away as fast as you can. Everyone I know who still works there dreams of the day when they can leave.
