      Pros

      Love the staff. They're all "healing heroes" in my book.

      Cons

      New grad training is subpar and then new nurses are thrown to the wolves to sink or swim and potentially hurt someone in the process. Health insurance to provide for your family is outrageously expensive. Annual raises are not competitive at all.

      PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

      Cons

      Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
