Pros

Nice corporate office in Irving, Texas. Employees are issued a laptop so you can telecommute when approved by manager. The benefits are mediocre. Some coworkers are nice, talented and very hardworking.

Cons

A very unorganized, unfriendly, toxic and chaotic work environment. Favoritism is rampant. The Irving corporate office has a very high turnover rate. The software system is extremely antiquated and difficult to use. It makes completing your work difficult and cumbersome. The pay was very low when compared to the amount of work to be done and stressful conditions. There is not a work life balance. The Irving corporate office is a very stressful place. One thing that I found jaw dropping is that I have talked to over ten recruiters in the last year and they all know how toxic the office environment is at CHRISTUS. They know because they have talked to so many past and current employees looking to leave CHRISTUS. Do not work for this company.

Pros

PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

Cons

Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
