      I enjoy the work that I do at Christus Health. I am happy to work at a facility where it truly seems to be about best outcomes for the patient. My co-workers are great, and leadership is approachable and supportive.

      Cons

      No job is perfect, but nothing is coming to mind as a downside to Christus.

      Make your own schedule Great coworkers

      Cons

      Low pay for the work they expect to get done. If you are injured on the job, don’t expect time off-none given. They will give you a desk job. Management will hound you to work extra days/nights.
