Pros
Truly cutting edge in community involvement and outreach, acquiring new grants and contracts, and maintaining frequent training. Amazing staff that is truly dedicated to their work.
Cons
Supervisors are completely disconnected to staff. Clinical supervision is assumed to equate to leadership skills, which is most often not the case. Lots of politics that sadly detracts from the valuable work we do with the consumers. Very few opportunities to advance. Higher ups do not take care of their staff. Often times feels like the bottom line is the money, not the children or staff.
