Upper management allows for flexibility in work schedules and locations - many employees work from home on a regular basis. Pay is competitive and the annual review process is managed well. There is a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and improved efficiency and there are many opportunities to grow your skills and challenge your self.
Cons
The company has improved its development process quite a bit over the last couple of the years, but they have a ways to go before the Development, Sales, and Activiation teams will be working in sync.
