      Some amazing people doing interesting work at this organisation

      Cons

      Some different approaches between teams and it can be hard to see what's happening in some parts of the business. Not too unusual with a medium sized company.

      Great people, great work environment.

      Cons

      Can be slow moving, each team has its own culture and one needs to build a good relationship with every department to get things delivered. This isn't unique to CHOICE, but it is common in Not-For-Profits.
