After askCharlie has been acquired by Check24 the whole company took a very weird turn. Unfortunately the managing directors don't understand what company culture means, they don't understand how marketing works and they don't understand anything about development or product, yet they act like they own the absolute truth. If you're looking for a boss and not a leader, if you're looking for a follower and not someone that has vision, then askCharlie (Check 24 Profis now) is the right place to be. They hire people with very high potential, but they also burn them quite fast or they quit before probation ends. The management of the company does not put any accent on quality, but quantity and things delivered ASAP and without any logic. Unfortunately the company is run by very poorly qualified bosses (they can't be called managers or leaders, that's just too high for them) that only follow orders from Check24 and put pressure on the teams. This information can be verified with almost anyone from the company unfortunately...
