Practice has purpose & meaning at CHAS. The top leadership is longstanding, ethical, and thoughtful; and the vast majority of clinical colleagues are dedicated and skilled. The BENEFITS/ HEALTH PLAN are well above the current “typical” (lame) benefits in most systems.
Cons
There exists an overgrown “middle management” layer, many with unclear roles or purposes, and less consistently capable or skilled than the top management and the clinical staff; a cloudy filter that impedes communication between top direction and working clinicians.
