Poor communication, no regard for staff health and wellbeing (specifically mental health from burnout), top down projects with no regard on how it impacts the jobs of those who work at clinics, and would rather focus on encounters for profit versus providing quality healthcare that focuses on the patient. Luckily providers and their staff will ignore that and do their best anyway.
