To get a fair market compensation as a loyal employee requires above and beyond contribution. As typical, loyalty doesn't pay.

As for our compensation practices and philosophy, at CHA we focus on fairness, internal equity and being competitive in the market. We strive to ensure our employees are compensated competitively and I feel we do a really good job at that, although there is always room for review and improvement. Additionally, CHA is a pay for performance company; if someone on our team regularly goes above and beyond, their compensation should reflect their effort. Pros

CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.

Cons

Not much to say here. I honestly enjoy my job.

Life Insurance, 401K match and benefits.

Cons

At Javan I was a person and treated with understanding and empathy. When Javan became CHA I became a number on a spreadsheet! No matter how good you are at your job, you are expendable!!! Subpar onboarding when given a new position. Upper management has a cut-throat leadership style which does not promote trust and teamwork. PTO is not awarded or structured by employee longevity but only by position held in the company which is terrible.
