Pros

Flexibility, interesting projects, variety, great staff and management

Cons

Project organization is confusing, don’t allow rollover of all time off, not enough paid time off and no designated sick time.

Thank you for your comments and I agree, we provide our employees lots of flexibility and we have great clients and projects, and our people are absolutely the best! We are working on improving the standardization of our project management. In fact, in the last few years, we’ve created a PMO, a PM Manual, PM Dashboards, PM Training and Certifications. You can find out more information on Project Management at CHA on our intranet pages! I think you are mistaken about rolling over time off, all employees roll over time but there is a limit to how much can be rolled over from year to year. We take this approach to ensure our people are proactively managing their time off and taking time throughout the year. Time off to relax and unplug is critical towards the mental and physical health of our employees. We should talk, I would like to understand more about your concerns relative to rolling over time and not having enough time – those two sentiments seem in conflict of each other. Why don’t you reach out to me or your HR Business Partner when you have some time. We would love to discuss this topic and learn more about your perspective. Thank you.

CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.

Pros

Seeing a pattern of addressing only the pros and rarely having any accountibiloty to comments in Cons section, Pros will not be listed here.

Cons

-Hyper critical work culture to point that compromises employee personal and office morale -Almost no field support and field between on-site field team is almost impossible -Field supervisors are spread very thin in responsibility which causes the above issues -Employee personal dislikes are apparent on teams which lead to discordant team dynamics. Ex. Team member will laugh and joke with some team members, but other get professional, but near frigid responses. -Favoritism is rampant creating a less than ideal work environment.
