There is so much to offer when a business is healthy and growing. As for turnover, all businesses - no matter what industry, are experiencing higher than normal turnover right now. Like it or not, the pandemic has impacted every industry and every sector of our economy - in fact it's impacted every person in some significant way. CHA has always enjoyed turnover lower that the industry average and that still holds true today, despite navigating a global pandemic.
