You might wear a lot of hats at times, but everyone at the company is willing to help each other with the work load.

There is no pros. The owner is a modern slave driver that keeps employees submissive under threat of termination. Secretaries/ office workers are trained to pressure and push technicians to the work limit

They have no Values and no respect for workers.
