Poor leadership , direction, and general communication from superiors. Teams do not like to work together and upper management will take credit for your ideas and hard work. HR had wrong information on slides, packet, and mixed up paperwork. They were also unhelpful during the onboarding process. Social media accounts, log-ins, and other credentials were duplicated. Fake and personal accounts were used to boost engagement and create false impressions online. Also didn’t follow Covid protocols and would mislead signature series guests which would ultimately result in their last minute cancellations to the signing event. This company is struggling and needs a major overhaul and removal of toxic management. Even the coworkers try to throw each other under the bus. Management unrealistically expects you to do three jobs under one title. Most companies have workers for each role but they expect more work from less people at CGC.
