While very fast paced, there’s a lot of praise for the lightheartedness in the work atmosphere. Very pleasant folks to work with, with a general “realness” that’s quite rare in other workplaces. Continually updates cybersecurity procedures and remains cutting edge.

Sometimes the procedures and project/ticket hand offs from one department to the next can be a little blurry. However, at the time of my departure, this was a work in progress and being better defined.

Field Tech's explore and learn all of Northeast Ohio, serving many small to medium & for-profit to non-profit companies while maintaining their network, server and application assurance for these individual sites. In the Office the opportunity for experience can range from simple computer & tablet hardware & software troubleshooting to scaling complex network automation & monitoring systems. The opportunities here can be endless depending on how motivated you are learn new applications and such.

Poor Organization Structure, Communication and documentation. However since I started these things have greatly improved and were still being improved upon before I left, but these things were difficult to overcome at the start and it never gave me a reason to give up and blame the management for poor job performance.
