Ability to be innovative and focus on your skills. CGA has just been bought up by Nielsen which means better structure for employees, better technology and resource hopefully. too. Lots off potential to grow in the company with solutions.
Cons
Can see a knowledge gap between non technical and technical teams. Documentation is scattered. Resource is often wasted due to lack off training or poor communication. Meetings for the sake off meetings Office is outdated and awkward to sit in silence. (better to work at home or cafe)
