If you are in their good backs then everything will be good for you, else your life will be hell. Hybrid is only for some employees and remaining are forced to come to office everyday, even though the HR takes work from home whenever they want Extremely biased parking policy, only top 8-10 senior people will get parking space, rest never get's a chance to park their vehicle. Anyone who stays in their good books even though is not good with tech skills will get good hike and promotion, no value of hard working people.
