Pros
Fast growing company that allows for many opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Executive leadership in Dallas has an open door policy, and you can easily approach them to ask questions about the company, or seeking advice on your career growth. Leaders on most of the project accounts also allow for growth as well and are very understanding when personal issues come up. Biggest positive of this company is the ability to grow as fast as you can. Lastly, Cyber Group is also great about building camaraderie amongst everyone with social gatherings.
Cons
While Cyber Group has a performance review cycle and process, and it seems that not all middle level management adhere to the process. I wish the vacation was 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks, but I am hearing a rumor that may be changed soon. Time entry system is horrible.
