Pros
The people here are all amazing. Everyone is really friendly, easy to get along with, and easy to work with. The company is growing extremely rapidly which allows for endless opportunity. Work is both challenging and interesting, keeping us busy through the day. There is never a dull day, something is always happening. Company culture is very solid and ethical. Decisions are made with good intentions thing of what is right.
Cons
Work-life balance may be a bit tricky since business is picking up very rapidly. Everyone needs to pick up the pace to keep up. Work is challenging so you need to be prepared.
