6yThank you for your feedback. At Cyber Group, we have an open, well-defined expectation framework where a path to growth is laid out for our team members. We strive to grow problem-solvers, not just technicians. We try to prepare our employees to be able to adopt different technologies without having to go through a long learning curve. Our industry is fast-changing and technology platforms are changing faster than ever with no indication of slowing down. We encourage our team to be their best with a human approach. We understand and appreciate that not everyone can run at the same speed. We do not terminate on the basis of trying and failing, however if a person is not willing to adapt to change, we rarely (2-3% of cases) may end up parting ways after a 90 day performance improvement plan.
