I have been waiting a long time to write you guys a review. I was an intern a few years ago, back when your company was in a basement with screaming kids running around upstairs. How anyone is supposed to work in that environment is beyond me. The staff drank on the job, showed up in gym clothes, worked when they felt like, and provided 0 guidance and training. Worst of all the staff regularly made inappropriate sexual comments. One time my paycheck even bounced. They don't take out taxes so the next year you get a nice bill from the IRS. The "office" was in the middle of no where in Damascus, not gaithersburg, at someone's house in the basement. It resembled a sweatshop. If you are thinking of being an intern here, DO NOT. They will treat you like garbage and you will earn just as much experience and money working at a grocery store.
