      Pros

      Autonomy in work. Training and resources abound with continued support from the leaders as well as colleagues. This company is local and has been around for over 20 years with a great reputation. When I needed to, I was able to pare back my hours, and was able to vamp up again when I was ready - Work-Life balance in action. I highly recommend this company.

      Cons

      Nature of the work can sometimes be stressful. If you don't like to work on your own a good amount of time, this may not be the best fit for you.
