The work is interesting — you get hands-on experience with real clients, technical accounting, SEC stuff, you name it. It’s not boring or repetitive like some other firms. You’re constantly learning. The people here are smart, supportive, and easy to work with. Management is approachable and actually listens. If you put in the effort, they notice it. Also, the remote setup works really well and the team stays connected.

It can get busy during peak times, but that’s kind of expected in this field. The pace is fast, but the team helps each other out when needed.
