Although most of them have left or been let go, CFC has historically been made up of great employees who were excellent teammates.
Cons
The management team has failed the company and its employees. Poor decision making, lack of communication and support from them has contributed to this company’s downfall since 2022. They have been losing/letting go of valued employees with lengthy tenure, who were around through some of the company’s most successful years.
