Area Superintendent - Area Superintendent CFC Construction Employee Review

Working for CFC Construction 10 hour days are mandatory, but you are expected to go above and beyond that. Most employees in the field arrive at the jobsite at 6 am and usually leave at 6pm. The company has a very high turnover rate because they burn people out. CFC id obviously in over their heads trying to build projects that are too big and understaffed. I have worked for other local general contractors and CFC is by far the worst and most difficult one to work for. This is definitely a place where people work in fear.
