      Salary is good, but that is all you will get. Company does poorly on raises due to the company loses money every 4 to 5 years and cannot afford raises or bonuses.

      Cons

      Don't waste your time working here. Company has been in business for over 40 years and it is poorly managed by a owner who only looks out for his own interest.

      Nice people. great location. Lots of work

      Cons

      Nice to try a different role but there was absolutely no training. The two gents in charge at the time in specific department came form the field and really seemed to struggle to teach 'newbies' in the estimating dept. Lots of downtime and then lots of undetermined explanations
