High turnover rate, many team members leave after a short stint, which sometimes disrupts ongoing projects.

Casual dress code, decent location

There is a lot of nepotism, which makes it difficult for an outsider to break in. Too much of that's the way we've always done it. Not willing to adhere to current best practices. Unclear direction from management.
