Pros
Majority of employees are telecommuters, allowing them to hire the best people from around the country. Benefits good for a small company, and company does a great job of making employees feel valued and appreciated. Flexible work hours and allow either full time or contract work.
Cons
Typical for a small company, salary and benefits can't rival what a larger company can offer. Do more random bonuses for employees vs. merit-based, so there's not as much reward for those that really go above and beyond for a job and put in lots of long hours when it's needed. Since everyone telecommutes, there's not as much opportunity to learn from each other and would like to see more ways to encourage that.
