Horrible Company! Please avoid it - Anonymous employee CF Power Employee Review

CEO literally shouts more than half the time and uses profanity to his employees. There is a humiliation culture (literally the company culture), where mistakes are pointed out to the whole team instead of talking it out with the individual, literally saw 2 engineers being shouted at for a tiny reason. Super sketchy work, "principal engineer" adds you to random projects (and you never work on them), to which I think is because of Tax reasons. Seniors seem always "busy" and so does the CEO, but he literally says that he playing football but when it comes to office stuff he is "TOO BUSY"
