Schedule is flexible, no set hours

No retirement, poor training, limited supplies impact ability to work, management ignores problems and blames everything on lab workers. The flexible schedule means drivers get back late (after 6pm often). Owners will make excuses for each other and their family members rather than address their mistakes. Employees have been promised pay raises they never get.

None, terrible place to work.

You do not want to work for these slobs. They don't take care of their lab, facility, own health (serverly overweight) nor their employees. You will be overworked and under paid. You can make over $20 working in a lab anywhere else that doesn't involve literal sh*t. Don't work here. I also worked for their competitor Element and they were way better.
