      Regular paycheck. Market level pay. Average medical benefits. International company

      Cons

      Total chaos. The majority of their U.S. based IT staff have quit. Those that replaced them have nearly starting over but have also quit in frustration. The majority of their IT has been contracted out due to CEVA's inability to retain talent.
