Pros
Generous vacation days, although no sick days provided. Very laid back environment. Large company with the chance to move to different roles although often with no incentive.
Cons
CEVA was formed in 2007 after TNT and EGL merged. The two companies brought two sides of business that are still not unified 8 years later. Different departments do not talk to each other, making simple tasks take much longer than necessary to complete and slows down everything.
