Low pay, poor equipment, tons of stress, (this was the rail fueling part of the company) - Lead Driver CEVA Logistics Employee Review

In the rail fueling group Pay is disgustingly low, the tractors were leased, the tankers were old and in poor shape. They don't pay their repair bills leaving the driver to deal with all the stress dumped on you by the customer. Newer management is inexperienced and and generally have no clue about the industry.
