Pros
Fellow employees are great. Having to only work 4 days a week (unless there busy)
Cons
Mangement like to cuss employees out. They do not given out raises often, but when they do you get a whooping 20 cents at most. Will not hire people as full time even if slots are open, there are people who have been part time 5+ years there. Very unsafe place to work as well, everyone is driving forklift at full speed with headphones and no one honks. Also too much management theres probably 40 employees and 12 managers (that I know of) so possibly more.
