Pros
As a supervisor: consistent pay, average insurance, most hourly associates are grateful.
Cons
As a supervisor: no training, management/leadership directives are inconsistent and often unobtainable, management team is inordinately tense, curt, and somewhat unprofessional, co-leaders are too busy to offer advise and OJT, human resources is completely consumed by damage control culture, hourly employees are treated with disdain.
