      Large global company with many opportunities for advancement (in corporate) if you push. Very flexible schedule, but that is dependent on direct supervisor and business needs. Good benefits. Good feeling of being part of a team.

      Cons

      Poor IT support. No formalized training. Fewer opportunities for advancement in the filed. (non-corporate)
