      Decent Benefits, nice fellow worker

      Cons

      You have to follow the process even it`s wrong. If you don`t follow you will be written up. AGM tries always to pick on employees. Waste of talent. Just if he likes you you will get promoted or not discriminated. Just his opinion counts.
