Pros
Ability to learn and become involved in different areas of the business, some room to move up the corporate ladder, pay was fairly competitive
Cons
Systems and morale terrible, almost unable to compete with other companies due to limitations and disorganization, apathy of many staff, inability to achieve many goals due to bureaucracy (Global?Regional ELT has to approve even minor expenditures) Lots of staff turnover due to these issues means the business loses good people to more organized and efficient companies
