Pros
Enjoyed my position despite all the BS with the company. I actually enjoyed what I did every day and made some good contacts in the industry.
Cons
I was part of a new team- we had been hired with promises of yearly raises & bonuses. 3 1/2 years later we had not gotten a single raise and the one bonus we got was 1/3 of the lowest amount we were promised and that included being promoted. We had a good Sr. Manager who was smart & saavy, but the majority of lower level managment were pretty clueless and had very poor people & supervisory skills. Advancement opportunities are few, culture is not very appealiing, training and on-boarding were horrible.
