Pros
All the skills I acquired while working at CEVA that got me immediate recognition by upper management/owners after only a month at the new job. Thank you for teaching me all the ways NOT to do something and and how NOT to treat people in the work place.
Cons
Long hours, unappreciative management, always need to be worried about covering your behind because others are out to take your job and they will use lean/5S/6 sigma to take it, pay freezes & no bonuses when upper management is getting them (company made $12 billion euros and desk level employees saw none of it), promotions only happen if you "go the extra mile" and that is not talking about working harder or more hours, they don't care about seniority or who is best for the position, managers play favorites and leave for the day when a big load of work comes across that is time sensitive and much much more.
