Work by self. Easy once you get the hang of things. As long as management does not decide to add additional workload to your job title.
Cons
Too many driver issues to deal with. Must have the patience and attitude to get the message across to the independent contractors. They need to understand that you mean business and no gap for errors or mistakes.
