Pros
Amazing people/ co-workers always willing to collaborate and educate each other. There are a bunch of extraordinarily talented people who work for this company. Room to advance easily for the right type of people who can work and grow in a fast paced environment. Flexible schedules are a big perk depending on what you do and who you're reporting to.
Cons
Revolving door for upper management. Very little structure or support, very sink or swim company. Underpaid, hard to get raises. Very bureaucratic and poorly run on the higher levels.
