Pros
Strong collaborative culture with highly talented team members, open management, small organisation with flat hierarchy and very flexible working hours. The management of Cetitec take care of the employees and everyone can have a voice. Strong growth, interesting technologies and plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience.
Cons
Transitioning from a small, mainly technical organisation to a more mature midsize company brings challenges. Management used to be hestitant to change but has recognised the need to over the past years and things are definitely moving in the right direction. Lots of work but currently not enough resources.
