Usually the projects are very motivating, and although promotions take too long to happen, they point very clearly what you need to accomplish (and what the company needs to accomplish) for you to grow.

- Doesn't pay much. - It rellies heavily on projects with associated companies and governments (not self suficient). - Lack of parking slots.
