      Pros

      Big freedom, intelligent people all around you. You are involved in the biggest scientific experiment in the world! There are lots of clubs and groups (dancing club, car club, fitness club) where you can do what you like and meet new people.

      Cons

      Chaos, there aren't really set ways of working with a project and some things (settings everything up) take lots of time because most of the time the documentation is very scarce. It all takes some time to get used to.

      Pros

      The employment process is very smooth and supportive. The technical team interviewed me for technical skills, and the HR is very supportive and helpful. Especially I haven't been employed by CERN previously, so I have a lot of questions. The employment team is very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. Also I like the job and my work very much.

      Cons

      Maybe the primary communication method could be email instead of phone calls? I sometimes miss phone calls, but will check every email.
