      Pros

      The opportunity to speak and to work with some of the best minds in the world I think is something you cannot find in other places, at least not like at CERN. You can have breakfast with a Nobel prize, and working with IT environments out of the ordinary. It's an amazing place to stay.

      Cons

      I think working there for a long time is challenging, or you are an extremely smart person. The cost of life is high but depending on the job the pay can be sufficient (students and phds?) to very good (more responsability).

      Pros

      The employment process is very smooth and supportive. The technical team interviewed me for technical skills, and the HR is very supportive and helpful. Especially I haven't been employed by CERN previously, so I have a lot of questions. The employment team is very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. Also I like the job and my work very much.

      Cons

      Maybe the primary communication method could be email instead of phone calls? I sometimes miss phone calls, but will check every email.
