Pros
International environment, really interesting job, potent means, best software all up to date, easy going work environment, good start for your carreer, you might start even as a student, plenty of clubs to do activities and to get to know people, lots of holidays, you get to learn at least 2 languages.
Cons
people management, resource allocation, cantine food, short therm contract, difficult to find a job after unless you are a physicist, difficult to get a contract, HR choices in hiring process not really clear
