      Pros

      Hr did an excellent job finding good diverse people. This work environment was very laid back.

      Cons

      Management was very unorganized and contradictory creating confusion about the goal overall goal employees should be working towards. Half of the staff were friends or relatives making it hard for a new hire to feel like part of a team and be treated as an equal to co-workers.

      Owner and COO have engineering backgrounds. They are very engaged in driving the development and improvements in the core product. All Remote Work (to date) Small, multicultural, internationally-disbursed team

      Cons

      Not for you if you require a lot of structure, routine, or existing SOP resources [to date] to guide you through the work. Requires a lot of documentation as we work. No hoodies (to date)

      Startup, easy to get to know every coworker

      Cons

      CEO cares more about eating lunch for over an hour than their employees. A lot of bugs with their software and wasn't really trying to fix them. A lot of downtime
