Pros
Hybrid (work from home/ office) working, very dynamic team, long term opportunities for career progression, excellent work ethic, new and modern office building.
Cons
The only downside I can see is the lack of a short term disability insurance, in a world with COVID becoming a long term medical issue, as well as the lack of dental coverage.
